Dispatch

All fabric is made to order and we aim to dispatch your order promptly. A dispatch estimate will be presented to you on the product, cart and checkout pages before placing your order. An email will be sent to you to let you know once your order has been despatched. If we are unable to despatch your order within the date shown, a member of our customer service team will contact you to advise.

Shipping Method

Your order will be sent using DHL EXPRESS but orders shipped within India may be delivered a local company for the last part of its journey.

Delivery Cost

The cost of shipping depends on the destination and weight of your order. Orders shipped outside of the India may be subject to customs charges and fees, dependent on the contents and value, which you will be required to pay prior to your order being released. The custom authorities in the country of destination determine whether charges are due on imported goods and the thresholds applicable vary in each country.

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation

Please contact our customer service team at the earliest opportunity to cancel your order. Note that we are unable to cancel your order if it has already been dispatched.

Non Delivery

Please contact our customer service team within 30 days if you have not received all or part of your order. Note that we will be unable to pursue your claim if you do not notify us within 30 days of placing your order.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt if any item is incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund. Note you may be required to return the goods, the cost of which will be refunded to you.

Unwanted Printed Fabric

The printed fabric is made specifically for a customer which means we are unable to restock and resell the item. For this reason we are unable to accept returns of unwanted printed fabric.

Refunds

Once printed cannot be Returned, nor Refund can be processed, unless there is an outfitting. To match the exact is a scientific impossibility in general condition, this may be achieved in lab conditions, the reason for this is the brightness of colours and the exact colour can differ due to to basic factors such was the acidity of water that day, the temperature of water that day, the temperature and humidity of environment that day. So many factors which can make changes in the colours, so we guarantee that we can get it as close the machine can and we can ensure that everything will be in the same tone.

Refunds however if applicable, are made using the payment method used to place the original order. We aim to process your refunds in 24 hour and it will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.
